This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 29.03.2023 in W.P. No. 9635 of 2023 passed by the Court.

It is brought to the notice that proceedings Na.Ka.No.12928/pension/H1/2023 dated 15.12.2023 in the order dated 29.03.2023 in W.P. No. 9635 of 2023 passed by the Court has been complied and its copy has been produced. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if she has any further grievances, from working out her remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
