ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already interim bail was granted to the petitioner on 29.12.2021 and directed the respondent police to collect a materials from the petitioner and for file a final report, but, the petitioner refused to cooperate for the investigation.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is clear that petitioner is failed to cooperate for the investigation. secure the accused and remanded to judicial custody and the learned counsel for the intervenor directed to file a intervening application.
