(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.) The petitioners have sought for an order of injunction restraining the respondents from relieving them on the expiry of the Contracts on 31.12.2022. By an order dated 21.12.2022, the Assistant Director of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, has extended the service of the appellants for a further period of six months. Hence no further orders are necessary in these petitions.
