This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to accept the cause title in Memorandum of Grounds of Civil Revision Petition in arraying the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement that the 2nd respondent is not a necessary party and hence her name may be deleted from the array of parties.

3. Therefore, CMP.No.22919 of 2022 is unnecessary and same is closed.
