This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24535 of 2022 in paragraph No.8 (out of which, one surety should be either father or mother of the petitioner and should produce documents to show his/ her means).

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (out of which, one surety should be either father or mother of the petitioner). All other conditions remain intact.
