This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 823 days in paying the deficit court fees of Rs.570/- in the above S.A.SR.No.49299 of 2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the material available in the record.
3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the above S.A.SR.No.49299 of 2022 is condoned.
