ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 226 days to prefer the above S.A.SR.No.156846 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.

4. The petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) to the contesting respondents, within a period of two week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment, the delay of 226 days in preferring the S.A.SR.No.156846 of 2024, stands condoned.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

6. Registry is directed to list the above Second Appeal after numbering the same, if they are otherwise in order, on 20.01.2025. 21-12-2024 CMP NO. 28792 of 2024 To
