Mr.A.Damodaran, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw instant application.

2. Be that as it may, Mr.R.S.Anhamuthu, learned Advocate Commissioner, who is before this Court submits that he has filed a memo for additional remuneration.

In this regard, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned counsel submits that applicant would pay additional/final remuneration of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) within one week from today i.e., on or before 20.02.2020.
