This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filling the above S.A.SR.No.59357 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the above S.A.SR.No.59357 of 2024 is condoned.
