Mr.K.Raja, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks to quash the show cause notice dated 18.12.2023 made in proceedings Ku.No.TNSTC/SLM/DS2872/TFC05/D8-398/2023 by the second respondent.

3. Mr.K.Raja, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents undertakes to serve a copy of Enquiry Report on the petitioner on or before 03.01.2024 through registered post with acknowledgment due to the address furnished by the petitioner in the writ 2/5

petition. On receipt of the copy of the Enquiry Report, the petitioner is granted two weeks time to give a reply. In case, the petitioner does not give a reply within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the Enquiry Report, the respondents are free to proceed and pass orders.

4. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
