The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to remove the name of Jayakumar and issue patta in the name of the petitioner pertaining to property situated in Door No.81, Ram Nagar Ayothiyapattinam, Vazhapadi Taluk salem district 636 103 bearing Survey No 158 / 4D Old Ward No New Ward No 13 measuring to an extend of 920 sq ft based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2023 within time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner submits that she filed O.S.No.58 of 2017 to declare the sale deed executed in favour of one Jayakumar as null and void. According to her, the suit was decreed on 17.11.2022. She has given a representation to remove the name of Jayakumar from the Patta for Survey No.158/4D bearing Door No.81 Ram Nagar, Ayothiyapattinam, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem District.
3. The revenue authorities are bound by Civil Court decrees. Therefore, taking into consideration the Civil Court decree, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2023 within a period of twelve (12)weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
