O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the Respondents not to harass the Petitioner in the name of enquiry without due process of law.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submits that taking into consideration the fact that the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a civil dispute and since the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature, the respondents Police have closed the complaint and the parties have also undertaken to redress their grievance before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the money dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is

disposed of.
