The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to issue patta with respect to the property bearing Adidiravida Natham in S.No.607/1A, Kalyanasundaram Main Road, Kandasamy Nagar Extn, Poonamallee, 2.The petitioner states that he has been residing in the aforesaid premises for the past 45 years. When he tried to put up a new hut after removing the existing hut, he was prevented by the respondents 2 & 3. Facing the situation of residing in a property without having the benefit of a patta, he gave a representation on 14.10.2024 to the 3rd respondent. As the same had not been disposed of, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

3.Since the representation dated 14.10.2024 is pending, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
