Heard Mrs.Ganthimathi for Mr.Palanimuthu for the petitioner and Mr.Gurunathan for the respondents.

2. A tender was called by the respondents with respect to the strengthening of roads at Shoolagiri-Uddanapalli stretch of M-1245. The petitioner intends to participate in the said tender. It gave a request on 16.12.2025 for site inspection certificate as well as plant and machineries certificate. As the same have not yet been issued, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. When the matter was called, Mr.Gurunathan has produced the instructions from the Divisional Engineer, National Highways, Salem to the effect that the plants and machinery of the petitioner will be verified and if found fit for the work, the certificate will be issued. Similarly, the certificate of work site inspection would also be issued on or before 02.01.2026. The instructions are scanned and extracted hereunder:-

4. The same is recorded and the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.56494 & 56495 of 2025 are closed.
