ORDER

The petitioner / A1, who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201 r/w 379 of IPC in S.C.No.30 of 2015 pending on the file of the Learned Additional District and sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that due to non-appearance of the petitioner, the trial Court issued Non-Bailable warrant and the same is pending. Considering the said representation, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach the trial Court.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court and to file petition to cancel the non-bailable warrant issued against him and if any such application is filed, the trial Court is directed to consider the said application on the same day itself on merits in accordance with law.
