ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that due to non-appearance of the petitioner, the trial Court issued Non-Bailable warrant and the same is pending. Therefore, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach the trial Court.

2. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court viz., XVII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and to file petition to cancel the non-bailable warrant issued against him and if any such application is filed, the trial Court is directed to consider the said application on the same day itself on merits and in accordance with law.
