ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Habeas Corpus Petition on hand has been instituted seeking a direction to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband, Rajini, aged about 42 years.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the husband of the petitioner was arrested in connection with the criminal case during the pendency of the anticipatory bail petition. The said ground may not be an acceptable ground for entertaining this habeas corpus petition.
3. Since the husband of the petitioner has been arrested by the police, it cannot be construed that he is illegally detained. Thus, a regular bail petition is to be moved in the manner known to law.
With these observations, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed. [S.M.S., J.] [P.D.B., J.] 30.12.2025 sr/sra Index:Yes Speaking order/Non-speaking order
