The above Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from locating/re-locating or establishing a TASMAC shop at Old No.749, New No.108, Trunk Road, Poonamallee, Chennai - 600 056 or any other prohibited place.
2. Today(27.12.2018), when the matter was taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 has produced the order dated 21.12.2018, issued by the District Manager, TASMAC Ltd., Thiruvallur (West) District wherein he had dropped the idea of relocating the said TASMAC shop.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous by this Court.
No costs.
