This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to extend the industrial training period and to allow the petitioner to write the examinations of 7th semester Mechanical https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.13744 of 2010 Sandwich Engineering Course scheduled to be conducted on 18 and 19.11.2010.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate submits that as on date there is no such course offered in the name of Mechanical Sandwich Engineering and according to the petitioner, the examination was scheduled to be held in the year 2010. Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands closed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to renew this writ petition, if still the cause of action subsists. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
