ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is an accused and he was arrested by the respondent police on 16.06.2014 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 511 of IPC and 66(d) of I.T. Act, in Crime No.226 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than 120 days and the respondent police has not filed the charge-sheet till today.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) admits that charge sheet has not been filed till today.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than 120 days, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 03/11/2014 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
