ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 429, 448, 294(b), 307, 324 AND 506(II) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime. No.432 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have scolded the defacto complainant in filthy language.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made on behalf of both sides, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

5. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner; (ii)Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Amabasamudiram, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed;

(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the above said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a day daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders. (v) The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
