This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent herein to register a case against the proposed Accused namely Vethamani, Saravanan, Durairajan, Kathiravan and Ravi based upon the complaint made by the petitioner before complaint dated 16.10.2017, and the reminder dated 03.11.2017 pending on the file of the respondents and further investigate into the matter and proceed with further in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.514 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC and r/w 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002, on 20.12.2017.
