ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 309 r/w 109 IPC and Section 174 Cr.P.C. @ 306 IPC in Crime No.170 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant is the father of the victim namely, Sonia. The victim was working as a Nurse in a private hospital. The petitioner threatened and harassed the victim by showing some photograph in his mobile and also criminally intimidated the victim. Due to the same, the victim committed suicide by consuming poison.
4.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.
5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that as the petitioner is the sole accused and he is absconding, investigation is pending.

the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
