ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A1, who was arrested on 15.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.725 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with co-accused assaulted the defacto complainant with aruval and caused injuries.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused have already been enlarged on bail.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation is almost over and final report is yet to be filed and injured has been discharged from the hospital. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the period of incarceration and considering the fact that injured has been discharged from hospital, this Court is

inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, and on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
