ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A4, who was arrested on 28.11.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 5(1)(1), 6 of ITP Act and 370(A)(5), 373 IPC and Section 17 of POCSO Act, 2012 r/w 3/(i)(w-1,II), 3(ii)(v)(a) of SC/ST (POA) Act in Cr.No.21 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and her sister were sent to do household works in the house of one Poomayil and the said Poomayil and her daughter engaged the defacto complainant for the purpsoe of prostitution.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that A1 and A2 are the main accused and the name of the petitioner does not find place in FIR. He would further submit that the petitioner is a heart patient and medical report has also been produced before this Court. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation is almost over.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
