ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners/A3 & A6, who were arrested on 22.11.2016 for offences punishable under Section 120B, 363 IPC r/w Sections 6, 17 and 18 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Cr.No. 9 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on enticing the defacto complainant's daughter, A1 gave sexual torture to her and the petitioners abetting A1 to take her.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the first petitioner is the mother of A1 and second petitioner is the wife of A1's brother and they are laides and hence, prayed for grant of bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit investigation is yet to be completed.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a separate bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Keeranur, and on condition that the petitioners shall report before the jurisdictional court once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
