O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J) The petitioner is the father of the detenu, namely, Maheswari, aged 17 years. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner's daughter went missing from 27.10.2017. Since he could not trace his daughter, he lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 28.10.2017. However, since no effective steps are taken, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the detenu was produced before this Court by the respondent police. She has stated that since she had some misunderstanding with her mother, she left Chennai on her own accord and stayed in a hostel and worked as Nursing Assistant. illegal custody of anyone and expressed her willingness to go along with her mother.
3.In view of the willingness expressed by the detenu, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
