3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the name of the petitioner has been originally arrayed as an accused in the above said crime number. But, now, his name has been

deleted from the F.I.R. He further submits that he has also obtained an endorsement from the Inspector of Police concerned in this regard.
