O R D E R

The present Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking permission to allow the petitioners to join together and file a single Writ Petition.

2. According to the petitioners, they filed the writ petition seeking direction to the second respondent to promote them to the post of Professor in Anesthesiology and sought transfer order and permit them to serve as Professors at Medical College, Madurai.

3. Though the grievance of the petitioners is one and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1 /4

WMP(MD) No.13388 of 2019 same, each petitioner is having their individual case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought by the petitioners. However, Registry is directed to treat the first petitioner, namely, Dr.S. Vijaya Raghavan, as writ petitioner of the present case. In so far as the other two petitioners are concerned, they can seek their remedy by way of filing separate petition. The typed set of papers filed by the petitioners can be treated as a common typed set of papers, if they so advised.

4. The Miscellaneous Petition is rejected with the above observations.
