ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police is calling upon the petitioner for enquiry for the past one year, since the complaint is given by the second respondent along with seven others is pending against the petitioner as the petitioner has cheated them on the promise of securing job. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.
