3.By order, dated 24.09.2024, this Court ordered notice for the respondent with a direction to pay batta within three days. However a perusal of the cause list 2/3

shows that the Petitioner has not paid batta within the time prescribed by this court. Hence, for non-compliance of the order of this Court, these Petitions are dismissed for default."
