ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 6(4) of Tamil Nadu Scheduled Commodities (RDCS) Order 1982 and 7(1)(a)(ii) of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 in Crime No.254 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is having five previous cases, which are similar in nature.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having five previous cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
