2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no FIR is pending against the petitioners and they are directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry. 3.Since, no case is pending against the petitioners, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on 06.01.2022. The respondent police also directed not to harass the petitioners.
