PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police to grant police protection to the petitioner for her life and limb on the basis of the complaint in CSR. NO.359 of 2019 dated 25.09.2019 to the 2nd Police and the representation dated 23.10.2019 to the 1st respondent. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent police to grant police protection to the petitioner for her life and limb on the basis of the complaint in CSR. NO.359 of 2019 dated 25.09.2019 to the 2nd Police and the representation dated 23.10.2019 to the 1st respondent.

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner proceedings was initiated in CSR No.359 of 2019 by the second respondent . The petitioner as well as respondents 3 to 5 appeared for enquiry and during enquiry the respondents 3 to 5 have informed that they will not interfere with the rights of the petitioner, based on which they have closed the complaint.
