This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondent to register a case for missing of Two-wheeler vehicle (Bike)No.TN-72-AW-7466 Bajaj Platinum on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.10.2012 which a serial No.76/2012 dated 21.10.2012 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.10.2012, an F.I.R. has already been registered on 20.09.2013 in Crime No.898 of 2013, for the offence under Section 379 IPC, on the file of the respondent police.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), I am of the view that there is no need for any further adjudication. The respondent police is directed to act as expeditiously as possible on the first information report and this criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
