This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors / respondents herein for committing grave contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.21728 of 2023 and W.M.P.(MD)No.18130 of 2023 dated 07.09.2023.

2. Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. On the basis of the communication letter received from the District Educational Officer / respondent dated 20.12.2023, the contempt petitioner is directed to approach the School Committee to forward the proposal to the authorities concerned. It is also brought to the notice of this 2/4

Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the authorities have sent requisition to the School regarding them to send a proposal. 4.Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this contempt Petition is closed.
