This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.129 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same. For Petitioners : Mr.S.Ramasamy For R-1 : Mr.P.Kandasamy Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side).

O R D E R

The petitioners have come forward with this petition to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.129 of 2012 pending on the file of Nagudi Police Station, Pudhukottai District.

2. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) represents that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.442 of 2012 and pending before the same Court.

3. In the above circumstances, quash of F.I.R does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
