This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records in Crime No.19 of 2013 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Karaikudi for an offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of Indian Penal Code and read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act and quash the FIR.

The petitioners have come forward with this petition to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.19 of 2013 pending on the file of All Women Police Station, Karaikudi.
2. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) represents that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Karaikudi and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.270 of 2013 and pending before the same Court.

3. In the above circumstances, quash of F.I.R does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
