This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2013.
2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2013, an F.I.R. has already been registered on 24.11.2013 in Crime No.279 of 2013, for the offences under Sections 294(b), and 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 3(i)(x) of SC & ST P.O Act, on the file of the second respondent police. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), I am of the view that there is no need for any further adjudication. The second respondent police is directed to act as expeditiously as possible on the first information report and this criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
