The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.11.2013 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered on 02.12.2013 in Crime No.319 of 2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 427, 448, 294(b), 323, 506(ii), 379 (NP) and 109 of I.P.C.
