ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C, said to have been committed on 10.12.2013, in Crime No.236 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the accused said to have assaulted the de-facto complainant and due to that, the defacto complainant said to have sustained simple injury.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the defacto complainant sustained simple injury and he was discharged from the hospital.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam and on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 11.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for the purpose of interrogation. 6.
