Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Section 409 of I.P.C., in Crime No.16 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police and case after investigation culminated in filing of final report which is taken on file in C.C.No.401 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner while employed as a Principal of Sarah Tucker Teacher Training Institute, Palayamkottai had failed to submit the accounts for a sum of Rs.1,90,000/- 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while she was functioning as a principal, she was directed to maintain a separate account by the management and it was also maintained periodically. He would further submit that the petitioner is nothing to do with the alleged commission of offence and she has been falsely implicated.

same has been taken on file and the trial of the case is likely to be commenced very soon.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all future hearing dates without fail. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously.
7.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
