ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as A1 and apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324, 355 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. read with Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.277 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and his daughter, who is arrayed as A1 attacked the defacto complainant with knife and thereby caused injuries and threatened her with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to the family dispute, the defacto complainant has lodged the false complaint against the petitioner and he has nothing to do with the commission of offence.

4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Satur and on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 11.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
