ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 16.12.2013 for the alleged offence under Sections 304 (B) and 498(A) of IPC in Crime No.18 of 2009 and hence, seek bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that one Nandhini W/o Rajagopal had committed suicide during 2009 and she subsequently died in the hospital.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners had not committed any offence at any point of time and A1/husband had also sustained burn injuries while trying to save the wife.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ committed cruelty against the deceased and caused dowry death of the deceased Nandhini aged about 21 years.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
