ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in crime No.172 of 2013 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to money dispute between the petitioner and the de-facto complainant, a case has been registered on 25.12.2013. He would further submit that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged commission of offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would oppose the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, and on his executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
