ORDER : THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Section 286, 338 and 304(A) IPC r/w Section 9B (1) (a) of Explosives Act in crime No.285 of 2013 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged commission of offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the match factory and on 24.12.2013 the alleged incident occurred, in which, while loading match sticks, two workers died. He would further submit that there is no overt act attributed as against this petitioner.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that sufficient compensation had already been paid as per law to the family of the deceased workers.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur, and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
