ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 10.12.2013 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 352 and 506(II) of IPC in Crime No.508 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner abused and attacked the defacto complainant with hands on 10.12.2013.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he did not commit any such offence.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complainant, who come to court as witness in a case, was attacked by the petitioner at court building itself and he would further submit that no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ one sustained injury.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, and on further condition that the petitioner appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders sd/- 30/12/2013 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar TO 1 THE JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE, PUDUKOTTAI.
