ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner herein who arrayed as A3 and he is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged Commission of offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 294(b), 447, 379 and 506(ii) of IPC altered under Sections 294(b), 323, 506 (i) of IPC in Crime No.698 of 2013, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that no one sustained injury in the occurrence and that the Petitioner's name was deleted from the case, since it was found during investigation that the Petitioner was not involved in the above said crime.
