ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested by the respondent police on 11/11/2013 for the alleged offence under Sections 6 A (a) (ii) of ExplosiveAct, 1884 @ 5 of Exlplosive Substance Act, 1908 in Crime No.379 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they had not committed any offence.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) strongly objected to grant bail to the petitioners because the investigation reveals the involvement of the petitioners in crime.

4. I have carefully considered the rival contentions put forward by either side and also perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering all these facts and also considering the fact, I am inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy and they shall stay at Madurai and shall appear before Tallakulam Police Station daily at 11.00 a.m., until further orders.
