ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The habeas corpus petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking an order directing the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the presence of the alleged detenue, Sahaya Rubi.

3. The alleged detenue is produced before this Court. While we enquired, she submits that there is no illegal detention and she is willing to go along with her parents, who are present before this Court. They are also accepting to take back the alleged detenue, Sahaya Rubi, with them.

4. Recording the afore-said submissions, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
